Artist's Comments

:D Usually the Black-eyed Susans disappear from around here in early September - at least those looking presentable enough for a shot or two. :)
:O_o: This year though they were in full bloom at the end of said September and some were still around in October.

;) Not that this is a reason to complain. :giggle:

:) Thanks, Paula.   I was surprised they were holding so well that late and with all that heat we had. Usually they are whittled down at this time of year.

 It looks like the weather is going crazy all around the globe. I was sure that Cosmos flowers are summer flowers - till I saw them still blooming NOW. :faint: Plus the really hot September and beginning of October changed the way the trees are turning colors. Even my hubby noticed that there is something strange in the way they look this year - some of them look PINK. :ohmygod:

My roses bloomed earlier in the year then got killed off with all the rain, now they're blooming again!! One of my friends here posted a shot of crocuses blooming now when they're a spring flower!

 Crocuses are less surprising than roses blooming for the second time. From what I know there is a Fall version of them. But roses in October are rather rare. At least in the climate you have over there. :D

 I agree, and it's starting to get colder now which makes it even more surprising. :D
